Excellent transportation service I highly recommend Eco Travel transportation services. Hebert and his team showed up on time, drove carefully, and delivered us to our destinations cheerfully. After renting a car for two months we decided we’d like to be driven. It was a good choice. We traveled to Manuel Antonio, the Guanacaste peninsula, Lake Arenal, and to and from the Liberia airport with Eco Travel. It was a big relief not to be driving ourselves!

Boat trip Their very nice bus picked us up at the hotel. We went up the river on a nice boat with shade, looking for crocodiles (saw one, but not the best time of year for them) beautiful birds, and howler monkeys. Great guides and boat driver. Had a wonderful time!

Herbert was great! Punctual, courteous, extremely helpful. Recommended me to great local restaurants, and assisted me with scheduling various activities. I have him to thank for a lot of the experiences I had on this trip.

Day Tour to Nicaragua Excellent service! Herbert arranged a full day of activities and sightseeing in Nicaragua. The guide and driver he assigned were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There wasn't a moment that I didn't feel safe navigating through Nicaragua, Herbert and his team walked us through every step at the border crossing and kept us at bay from all the people trying to approach us to sell things or who were panhandling. We felt like we were traveling with our own safety team. Not only did he provide the services he was hired for, he also gave us information on how to continue to explore Costa Rica on our own. In my experience, most guides tell you about other places to explore with the caveat to purchase other tours. Now we have a couple of places to explore and enjoy.
